Getting Ready for Your Visit
No special preparation is needed beyond wearing comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area of concern. Bring relevant medical records, previous imaging results, and insurance information. Before you arrive, you’ll receive a link via text or email to complete your new patient forms, making your arrival smooth and efficient. Because we offer free 15-minute consultations, you can explore your options without any pressure or financial commitment.
What to Expect During Your First Visit
Your initial appointment typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour, giving us plenty of time for a thorough assessment. We’ll discuss your health history, perform a comprehensive examination, and take X-rays on-site if needed. The best part? We can often begin your care plan during that same visit—no waiting until next week to start feeling better.
Our Unique Two-Visit Process
We prefer a two-visit approach because it gives us time to carefully analyze your examination and X-ray findings. However, if you’re in severe pain when you arrive, we’ll provide immediate relief through therapy or gentle adjustments.
Your second visit, lasting about 30 minutes, focuses on reviewing your personalized treatment plan and starting regular care. Our front desk team handles all financial discussions, and we accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
